Our wine farm is located in Caldaro, in the heart of the Oltradige wine region, in the south of South Tyrol. The wilful kept small quantity of grapes from our own vineyards, which have been family-owned for decades, culminate every year in first-class terroir wines that also are available only in smallest quantities. We are proud to have been able to continue our winegrower heritage for more than 400 years in harmony with nature and soil.

The work in the vineyard is decisive for the bouquet and the personality of the wine. That is why we say that a vintage begins in that moment. The right harvest time and the subsequent processing in the old wine cellar are a challenge for the innovative young and tradition-bound older generation every year. Manuel, Georg's son, is the next generation to bring his knowledge from his studies at Geisenheim University and the University of Trento to the winery. Experience from a wide range of stages in Italy and abroad ensures the company's future foresight.
It is a long and risky road from the first shoots to the finished wine. Our family accepted this challenge and oriented their whole life according to the rhythm of nature and tradition.
